
THE BRIEF
To begin with, this proved a complicated way of working, as we were brought in initially to support with post-production and delivering to TV, and that’s what we did for the first two initial adverts.
This was then, however, fully handed to us in the second round and I directed and co-produced the second duo.
The approach was to film real customers and find some good sound bites as well as some light hearted genuine moments. We filmed it as you would a documentary or corporate interview and once I had spoken to the interviewees my job on set was to interview them and search for those key moments that would work in an edit.
Working with Smart Avenue Media, we successfully delivered a successful TV campaign that ran for over a year.
